For NIDILRR grants and contracts awarded on or after October 1, 2017, NIDILRR requires grantees and contractors to make their scientific data available to the public no later than 24 months after an award’s end date. The training modules here provide information and instructions for preparing scientific data for archiving and sharing through NIDILRR’s preferred repository at the Interuniversity Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR). Learn more about ACL’s Public Access Plan.
The three modules are
- Part 1: Planning for Data Sharing (19 minutes)
- Part 2: Preparing Data and Documentation (29 minutes)
- Part 3: Sharing Data (22 minutes)
If you are a NIDILRR grantee who is required to complete this training, you must complete the verification form after reviewing these modules to confirm your completion of all three parts of this training. A link to the verification form can be found below the video on the Part 3 page.
